Aiming to be 'better each day' in After Sales Care
We understand how critical it is to minimize downtime and to keep our customers’ vehicles on the road. Providing world class After Sales Service and Customer Care is top of mind for RTL. This is an area of our business we have identified for improvement.
As part of this strategy RTL went out looking for the best of the best to lead us in this space. At the end of 2018, we welcomed Shane Murray to our team in the position of Technical Services Supervisor. Shane has over 25 years technical, practical and leadership experience in internal and local roles in the marine, industrial, railways and automation industries.
