Joanne has over 20 years experience in sales and general management roles in both national and multinational companies. Joanne has been with RTL for over three years. As General Manager, she is responsible for our long term strategic vision, managing all aspects of our Sales, Marketing & Operations, across New Zealand.

Reno is a Qualified Accountant BCom, ACA, and ACIS. He is the former President of the Road Safety Manufacturers Association (RSMA). He has various offshore postings for acquisitions, business start-ups, marketing and operational roles.

Sharron has over 25 years experience in manufacturing. She is our CBA Specialist (Manufacturing and Financial Software) and is responsible for Office Administration and Financial/Treasury Transactions.

Sue heads up our Products and Marketing department. With over 15 years experience in New product Development, Marketing, R&D and Transformational Change leadership roles, Sue brings diverse work experience from Research, Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, and Technical Industries.

Shane leads our Technical Services Team based in Auckland. Shane brings 25 years international and local experience in various technical roles in the marine, industrial, railways and automation industries. Providing our customers with After Sales service and Technical advice, Shane is our in-house Tech Guru.

Talei is our Territory Manager (Auckland) based in our Penrose office. Talei is responsible for Auckland, BOP, Rotorua, the Waikato, Hamilton and our Export markets. She has been with RTL for over 20 years and has worked across the business in multiple roles. Supported by our team of Sales Co-ordinators, Talei has the experience, knowledge and passion to support our customers with effective solutions and continuous improvements.

Naomi works in our product and marketing team on new business development. If you are starting up a TTM company, get in touch with Naomi. Having worked in our service dept as service coordinator before moving into this new role, Naomi also has a wealth of experience on service and repairs of electronic and crash equipment.

As a long serving member of the RTL Team, Sam has over 15 years experience in the Roading Industry. He has a “Can Do” attitude and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers' needs are met.

Johnny works alongside Sue in the Products & Marketing Department looking after marketing, promotions, branding, graphic design, and product management including new product development. Johnny is highly experienced in all aspects of our manufacturing and distribution business.

Dayna is an important part of our customer care team, always aiming for the best possible outcome for our customers. Dayna is our Lead Sales Co-ordinator, providing invaluable experience and working with the rest of the sales co-ordinator team, so all orders, quotes and customer enquiries run as smoothly as possible!

Based in Auckland, Rod has over 20 years experience in customer care, and is super excited to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.

Porsha has a background in customer service and hospitality. In her own words, she is passionate about turning our customers into whanau.

Rishu works in the Sales Co-ordinators team and has a background in Customer services and sales.

Kourosh focuses on supporting cross-functional teams to increase customer satisfaction and productivity outcomes through business improvement. His experience spans across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and a PhD attained in 3D printing of metallic parts.

Paras is our Service Co-ordinator, providing quality service and looking after our TTM clients and their gear. Paras handles all the scheduling of repairs, re-certifications and preventative maintenance and manufacturing builds. He also looks after all the booking form enquiries and post repair reports.

Kerri has a customer services, sales and marketing background with over 20 years experience. She has worked in a number of roles during her career including Operations Analyst, Team Leader, Operations Manager, Customer Services & Product Manager and currently has the role of National Inventory Manager.

Clinton has over 25 years experience in manufacturing over a wide range of industries. Clinton looks after all production at our Auckland branch.

Grant has over 15 years experience as a Warehouse Manager in the UK and New Zealand, and is responsible for ensuring quality and timely receipt, dispatch and export of all goods from the main RTL stores.

Ahmed has 10 years experience in health and safety management, in construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing, he leads the company’s drive to prevent injuries, improve the safety culture, and maintain quality management systems and ISO certification.

David has been with RTL since 1990!! David, affectionately known as "Goose" started out on the factory floor and is is highly experienced in all aspects of our sign manufacturing and design. David is our in-house expert on large signs, guide signs and MoTSaM in general. He is highly regarded in our industry.

Warrick has been with RTL for almost 20 years. Warrick has experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Warehousing and Production Administration. Warrick’s role interfaces with multiple departments. He is also one of the Co-Leaders of our very active Social Club.

Scott has been with the group for over 15 years and is responsible for the management of all national IT infrastructure, systems and services delivered.

Will is our Company Accountant with over 15 years experience. He manages our accounting functions, budgeting and company finances. He is also our inhouse Excel expert.

Shaun has an extensive history with RTL, having joined the company in 2011 as a sales coordinator in Auckland. After several years in Auckland, he relocated to Wellington and is now the Branch Lead. Shaun's primary objective is to drive growth for the branch, build strong customer partnerships and using his skills and knowledge learned over the years to support customers in the lower and central north island.

Nicholas is our Sales Co-Ordinator, based at the Wellington Branch looking after the Central and Lower North Island. Nick brings industry knowledge due to his previous experience in TTM industry, working in operations.

James McKegg, responsible for our Christchurch Branch and the Upper South Island territory, is a highly motivated and skilled Area Manager.

Aimee started at RTL in 2012 and is a valued member of our Sales Co-ordinator team. Aimee has a great understanding of the business.

Candice started at RTL in 2018 and is a valued member of our Sales Co-ordinator team. Candice has previous experience in sales, and really enjoys meeting new people.

Mark started here in 1990 as an apprentice so understands most technical aspects of the road sign industry. He specialises in custom sign and support design, also helping with installation training and best practices. He has also had valuable experience with contract and project delivery with a focus on customer service.

Jen strives for a positive outcome for all our customers. She is a proud Southland girl who likes to get things done. Jen started at RTL in 2015 and now has a in-depth understanding of our product range and valuable experience in meeting and exceeding customer requirements. She has 25 years’ experience in Customer service, sales and I.T.

Devon joined RTL in November 2018 as a sign maker. He has previous experience in the sign writing industry as a designer. Now with a dual role in customer services and manufacturing, Devon enjoys working directly with our customers and his knowledge of sign-making enables accurate and prompt service.
