You asked and we listened! It has taken some time but we now have a new and improved AWVMS tablet which is more robust and does not have any wifi connectivity issues. 

The new tablet upgrade/replacement is a cost-effective 8" industrial tablet. It is hardwired, thus providing a reliable connection straight into the board. This eliminates wifi connectivity issues and ensures improved reliability. This also eliminates any signal interference with other wifi devices in the vicinity. 

Using the tablet to surf the net has long been a problem as well - it leads to corrupting the software. The tablet is securely mounted using a VESA mount, making it challenging to remove or operate for personal use.
