Naomi Chewlit Northland Newsletter - Season's Greetings and 2024 Wrap-Up

Tēnā koutou,

Season's Greetings!

As we approach the end of another year, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout 2024. Your trust and collaboration have been instrumental in our success, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with each of you.

This year has been filled with significant achievements, particularly in the Northland region. I've had the pleasure of delving deeper into the maintenance, contracts, and tenders aspects of our business, which has greatly enhanced my understanding of our operations and your needs.

RTL Service Department for Northland

I'm particularly proud of our RTL Service Department's accomplishments. We've successfully hosted engaging training days, implemented effective maintenance programs with customers. All aligning with the strong safety focus!

Instaboom Mobile Barriers

Another highlight has been the successful introduction of 2 Instaboom mobile barriers into Fulton Hogan for the Brynderwyns project. This innovation enhanced the safety measures and efficiency, and I am excited about the potential it holds for future projects!

Growing Relationships with Councils

Our growing relationship with several contacts at various councils has been a significant win for us in the Northland region. Working closely with contractors and councils has allowed us to better understand project requirements and ensure that both teams are satisfied with the outcomes.

Stayput School Patrol System

The Stayput school patrol system has also had a successful year, particularly for RTL in the Northland regions. This system has been well-received and has contributed to the safety and efficiency of school patrols.

Code Finder and Signs Spec Page

A major achievement this year has been the launch of our very successful Code Finder on our website. This initiative came about from meetings with councils and contractors, where we identified the confusion surrounding MOTSAM and TCD rules and codes. On the back of this, we also launched a comprehensive Signs Spec page, which includes information on all newly gazette signs. These resources have been incredibly valuable in providing clarity and support to our customers.

Holiday Period

Please note that our offices will be closed for the Christmas holiday period from 20th December until 6th January. We will have skeleton staff available from 6th – 10th January. For any assistance during this time, please contact sales@rtl.co.nz.

I'll be returning from leave on 13th January 2025.

As we celebrate this festive season, I want to reiterate my gratitude for your continued support and partnership! I look forward to working with you in the coming year.

Wishing you and the team a wonderful Christmas and safe New Years!

Nga mihi,
