Today, we are  thrilled to announce not one, but two fantastic additions to our customer service team: Warrick Hart and Patrick Miranda. Warrick: Two Decades of Experience in a New Role
Warrick, is a familiar face at RTL, for over two decades. After years of leading our production coordination in the Manufacturing Team, Warrick is stepping into a customer-facing role in our Auckland front office. Warrick's wealth of experience and deep understanding of RTL's operations make him an invaluable asset in this new position. His transition is part of his ongoing professional development journey with us, showcasing how we support long-term career growth for our team members.

Patrick Miranda: From Production to Customer Care
Patrick Miranda has recently joined our front office team in Tamaki Makaurau as a Customer Services Representative. For the past two years, Patrick has been an outstanding Production Supervisor, demonstrating leadership and a deep understanding of our sign production process. With his background in FMCG and  knowledge of our operations, Patrick brings a unique perspective to his new customer-facing role and positions him perfectly to provide exceptional service to our customers. To ensure a smooth transition, Patrick is receiving comprehensive training from our in-house experts and being mentored by Nicholas Mills, our Wellington CSR.
