We understand how important it is for our customers to minimise downtime. Each time a vehicle or device is in the workshop either for service or repairs, it is not out on the network working. AWVMS is an increasingly popular piece of kit on our networks, it is highly effective at directing drivers and is a critical part of our traffic management. As part of our after customer focused after sales service strategy, RTL invested in our own AWVMS trailer which will be on loan to customers’ in such situations.
