   - Transition from set-length specifications to per-character pricing to optimise overall sign length for cost-effectiveness

Design and Manufacturing Flexibility

   - Explore maximum allowable compression and letter spacing etc

   - Remove non-essential symbols for a shorter blade length design

   - Remove non-essential numbers – like house numbers etc, which means the blade height can be reduced.

Material and Size Variations

   - Reflectivity options: Choose from various reflective grades of material 

   - Using a different blade height: e.g., from 225mm to 200mm -> often rural blades are larger height -225 / 250 etc.

Non-standard signs, street name blades, and custom signs will soon be available for order through our updated online ordering. This user-friendly system will allow you to easily create and save your favourite designs with specified quantities for quick reordering in the future. Our streamlined customisation options ensure that you can efficiently create signs that meet your exact specifications while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Our team is on hand to work with you on this!

How to order: (Major update coming soon) 

1. Log in to your account on our RTL website
2. Search and Select from standard signs street name blades or create custom specifications
3. Use the special instructions field to give us the required legends / wording / configuration etc. 
4. Upload photos / designs etc, of existing street name signs, to assist with the design process.
5. Save to your favourites for future quick ordering
6. Complete your order with our user-friendly checkout process
