The survey results identified opportunities for improvement in regional partner consistency (3.5/5) and pricing perception (3.8/5). We're implementing our Regional Partner Excellence Program to ensure consistent quality across all service providers, while developing clearer communications about the long-term value and safety benefits our pricing reflects.
