Mobile Speed Radar Sign

RTL Mobile Radar Sign is a portable, tripod-mounted speed feedback unit designed to actively reduce speeds across facilities, temporary traffic management, road works, and civil construction environments throughout New Zealand. Changing driver behaviours and vehicle speed is a constant challenge on live sites. Our Mobile Radar Signs provide a practical way to prompt drivers to slow down and maintain lower speeds through work sites.

The radar detects approaching vehicles and instantly displays either the set speed limit or the vehicles actual speed, depending on the selected operating mode. If the vehicle is travelling above the set speed, red legends are displayed with a flashing SLOW DOWN message.

The unit is quick to deploy and easily configured by a single operator. The unit is hassle free solar powered, battery-powered operation (13+ hours typical use) with mains charger for charging between shifts.
