Disabled Parking At All Times - (with Arrows)

In December 2024, NZTA made all the disabled parking / mobility parking signs with arrow bars, to include At All Times on the main sign. As best practice, mobility parking should be 'at all times' unless there is some particular reason why it is not applicable.
The original RP-10 Disabled Parking with Arrow Bar are still available if required.
