Other Hazard (Roll up Signs)

T2A or TW02 Temporary Warning Other Hazard Roll Up Road Signs, referred to as a W2-1 Sign in the TCD Rule, are made of Flexi-lite retro-reflective roll up material and used in an emergency situation to indicate a temporary hazard exists on or adjacent to the roadway. The sign must be used in conjunction with a supplementary plate describing that hazard. The TW-2 Temporary Traffic Sign can be used on Level One New Zealand Roads for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and is in the Waka Kotahi Code of Practice (CoPTTM).
