Changes to bus routes and the introduction of double-decker buses in the city created a problem for city engineers. RTL came up with a plan to use recycled rubber speed hump type delineators to prevent the new buses getting too close to overhead awnings and footpaths. In line with this we also created a raised bus platform on K’ Rd to bridge the gap between the existing footpath and the new bus stop location.

This was a rush project right on Christmas and was completed in the days between Christmas and New Year in time for the now bus timetable in 2018.
Our sister companies in road-marking and installation pitched in to heklp and we completed just before the "Go Live" date - phew!
