To our Valued Customers,

All our branches are open for business, with appropriate social distancing rules in place and our staff wearing PPE.

We encourage customers to order online at rtl.co.nz to minimise visits to our site, or email sales@rtl.co.nz or call 0800 785 744.

You may enter the site, if you:

• Wear a face mask
• Adhere to the 2m social distancing guidelines
• Stay within the clearly marked areas in our offices & warehouses
• Scan using the QR Code or sign in via our alternative contact tracing system

Traffic Management Service Enquiries & Repairs

While Auckland are in Alert Level 3, all trucks must be booked in with 24 hours’ notice using our online booking form. Please do not bring the truck in until you have received confirmation.

We will try to resolve over the phone and service team will determine if you need to bring truck to site.

Once confirmed to bring to site:

• Sanitize truck when you have bought to our site
• Leave keys in lockbox
• Sign in with QR code
• No interaction with RTL staff
• No need to report to reception

Collection at RTL Auckland site:

• Truck will be left outside roller door
• Keys in lockbox
• Sign in with QR code
• No interaction with staff.
• No need to report to reception

Parts and phone consultations:

• Team is available over the phone 8am-4pm for any assistance
• Parts can be sent out on courier
• Preventative maintenance checks only in level 2
