RTL is now operating at Covid Level 2 Guidelines.
We are practicing an open door policy with physical distancing of two metres for visitors, customers and contractors. All pick ups and drop offs are to be conducted in the clearly marked areas. This applies to all our branches.
All our sales staff, managers and service team are available on phone and email – you will be able to deal directly with your preferred contacts.
Our production & dispatch crews are working on site and other staff who can work from home, are continuing to do so.
We are encouraging customers to order from us online at rtl.co.nz to minimise visits to our site.
Service and Repairs
All equipment must be brought to our site for inspection, service and repairs. Our technicians will not be travelling to customer sites during Alert Level 2. This is for the safety of our team and yours.

- All equipment must be brought to the RTL site and must be in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Please ensure all trucks are free from signs, stands and cones so our technicians can easily access the equipment.
- We are following the social distancing and safe working rules as laid down by the Government and Worksafe – please ensure your staff have been informed that handover off equipment must be carried out according to these guidelines.
- We may be able to supply you with parts where possible, some parts may not be available due to freight delays
