Covid – 19- RTL Updates

To our Valued Customers,
In Auckland, we have a production crew working on site and other staff who can work from home, are doing so.
We are practicing contactless customer engagement and operating a closed-door policy where no customers are permitted entry into RTL offices.
All pick-ups and drop offs are to be conducted outside the office in the clearly marked areas.
We are encouraging customers to order from us online at rtl.co.nz to minimise visits to our site.
All our sales staff, managers and service team are available on phone and email – you will be able to deal directly with your preferred contacts.
Our Wellington, Christchurch and Invercargill branches will be open for business with all the appropriate social distancing rules in place. This means, an open door policy with physical distancing of two metres for visitors, customers and contractors. All pick ups and drop offs are to be conducted in the clearly marked areas.

All repairs must be logged via our Service Request form on our website. Once you have logged your service request, we will be in touch with a time for you to bring your vehicle in. During this time we will have one technician available on site for emergency repairs during business hours only.
- All vehicles must be brought to 31 Maurice Road, Penrose.
- Trucks and keys must be disinfected before you handover your vehicle to our team.
- The keys must be left in the vehicle.
- Please follow all social distancing guidelines.
We may not have access to all parts required for a repair as other service providers may be closed. We will advise you on a case by case basis.
