To demonstrate our capabilities, we recently successfully completed screen replacements on two LDC trailers at our Auckland yard. This project showcases our ability to efficiently service a diverse range of VMS brands.

We have partnered with a local supplier for the screen replacements, allowing us to offer a streamlined process. We begin by assessing your trailer and taking accurate measurements. The screen is then made to size, all within a 2-3 day period. It's worth noting that we recommend customers do not apply graffiti guard to the trailer screens, as the graffiti guard tends to deteriorate over time. We've observed that trailers typically experience graffiti on the back rather than on the screen itself. As a general guideline, customers can expect costs to fall between the $2,000 and $3,000 mark.

The photos above show an example of a trailer before the upgrade, with really poor visibility. The LED Message was hard to read, due to the poor condition of the screen. The Trailer Size in the image was 2465mm x 1440mm and cost approximately $2K per screen including RTL labour (plus GST) so a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new trailer.
