RG02.1A or RS3 Regulatory General Speed Limit Derestriction Road Signs, referred to as a R1-3 Sign in the TCD Rule, are used to de-restrict the speed of traffic after passing through a temporary work zone with traffic management or during road works, that had a temporary speed limit (tsl) in place. The RG-2.1A Derestriction Traffic Sign can be used on Level 1 New Zealand (NZ) Roads for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and is in the Waka Kotahi Code of Practice (CoPTTM).
