T221 or TW02.11 Temporary Warning New Road Layout Road Signs, referred to as a W2-1.11 Sign in the TCD Rule, is a supplementary plate, used in advance of a change to the road, or an intersection, layout. The sign must be erected for a minimum of two weeks following the change in the road. The TW-2.11 New Road Layout Traffic Sign is used underneath a T2 TW-2 Other Hazard Sign and available for Level One or Level 2/3 New Zealand Roads for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and is in the Waka Kotahi Code of Practice (CoPTTM).
