WU6 Cyclists
TCD Code WU6 MOTSAM PW-35 TCD Rule W16-7
The W16-7 / WU6 Cyclists sign is recommended for installation in locations with speed limits exceeding 50km/h where the Road Controlling Authority determines that significant cyclist traffic shares the roadway with vehicles, creating potential safety hazards when dedicated cycle lanes are not present. The old Motsam code is PW-35.
The sign consists of a CYCLE symbol displayed on a standard PW diamond sign plate. All WU Warning - Non Motorised signs should be made with VFL Fluorescent Lime/ Yellow reflective
