W16-7.3 WU28 Crossing Sign indicates to motorists, cyclists ahead are likely to be crossing the roadway i.e. crossing a highway to the other side of the road. The WU28 Crossing Supplementary may only be used underneath a WU6 / PW-35 / W16-7 Cycle Warning Sign.
