Pre-Filled MKL Sandbags 18kg - 200 GSM HDPE

RTL MKL sandbags are designed specifically for Level 1 temporary sign stands used across New Zealand traffic management sites. The centre hole allows the sandbag to sit securely around the MKL upright, making it well suited to Level 1 sign stands that use an MKL upright and base. Supplied pre-filled and ready for deployment, these sandbags provide a quick and practical solution when installing temporary traffic signs during road works and maintenance activities.

Manufactured from 200 GSM woven HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), the fabric is UV stabilised and features a textured woven surface that helps reduce slipping when used with portable equipment. This heavier construction provides greater tear resistance and durability compared with lower GSM sandbags. Each bag typically weighs around 18-20kg when filled, helping stabilise portable signage commonly used by TTM contractors, councils and civil contractors.
