Scorpion II Model C MASH TL-3 Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA)

The Scorpion II Model C TL-3 TMA is designed for use on shadow trucks in New Zealand, where the Light Arrow System (LAS) is positioned away from the rear of the truck and there is no requirement for the attenuator to fold up and over the LAS. The Model C provides proven TL-3 protection and is one of the most widely used truck mounted attenuator units in the USA. Fully MASH approved, the Scorpion II Model C operates on support vehicles with a minimum tare weight of 6,804 kg, with no maximum weight restriction, giving fleets greater flexibility in truck selection compared with many other TL-3 attenuators.

Product Notes:
- This TMA is designed as a crash attenuator only. It must not be used as a mobile barrier or for any other purpose outside of crash attenuationand should only be deployed at speeds up to 50 km/h. Any use outside these conditions will void the warranty.
