The RG-9 No Entry sign (also known as RP5 or R5-1) prevents vehicles from entering a roadway in the wrong direction. It is typically installed at the end of a one-way roadway where the road ahead returns to two-way operation and is commonly used at one-way street exits, divided roadways, ramps and restricted access points where entry must be prohibited.
